IoT Intelligent Locker
The system is equipped with monitoring equipment coverage and voice prompting functions. The monitoring device ensures that all the user’s operations can be recorded; the voice system will prompt the user to complete the access of items according to the process.
This smart locker can be divided into smart express locker, smart file locker and smart tool locker, . In the future, it can also provide the function of storing other items.
(1) User identification
When users access objects, they need to verify their identity within the scope of face recognition system, or provide the function of RFID card sweeping. Users can verify their identity by scanning the ID card. After the authentication is successful, the next step is to locate the location of the item according to the information the user chooses to apply for in the business system. Provide administrators with the function of finding items by item number.
(2) Identification of articles
All the items in the locker are attached with RFID tags. The tags can store relevant information for easy searching. According to the information in the tags, the smart locker can find the exact location and prompt the users. In addition, the distance between the goods and the locker can be judged according to the label (in order to ensure the safety of the goods).
Items are equipped with two-dimensional codes. Two-dimensional codes and RFID tags represent the same meaning. The two-dimensional code is convenient for the system to scan and recognize.
(3) Identification of Item Status
When the user returns the goods, before opening the cabinet door, he needs to identify the goods in the designated position according to the prompt. After confirming that the goods are intact or that they were taken before, the system can open the locker door.
(1) Voice prompt
When users use the intelligent locker, they can complete the whole operation under the voice prompt of the system. When the user reaches a certain range, the voice system will automatically prompt according to the user’s operation progress and process (similar to the ATM withdrawal process prompt). According to the system function, it can be divided into borrowing, returning, new putting and stamping process customization.
(2) Location hints
When the user deposits new items, the locker will automatically find the designated location for the items (the system gives location suggestions, or after the user deposits them in the storage, the location input system); if the user returns the items previously taken or takes the items in the cabinet, the cabinet will automatically locate the items and prompt them through the indicator lamp (the indicator lamp is divided into return lamp and borrow lamp).
Intelligent lock can be unlocked in three ways.
(1) Scanning unlock
Open the lock by face recognition or ID card scanning, and read the ID card through the card reader to verify the identity. Camera recognizes portrait information.
(2) System control unlocking
Control unlocking through the system (requiring the highest privileges).
(3) Dynamic password authorization
Individual cases require the use of system personnel, which can be authorized to unlock by dynamic password.
Smart locker in the camera coverage area, to ensure that all user operations can be recorded by the lens; if users embezzlement, violent destruction, or other items, the system will automatically alarm. Users need to ensure that unlisted items are within the scope of effective monitoring, otherwise the system will alarm, and the linkage of the archives door lock automatically unlocked.
The central control center completes the interaction with the users and realizes the borrowing and returning of the items. At the same time, it can provide a central control industrial computer to control and coordinate the above operations, mention the functions of searching for the items and displaying the relevant feedback information.
Central control software: reporting the working status of central control equipment;
